All orders placed on Velvet Nights Boutique undergo a multi-point quality check and are packed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders ship from our China warehouse. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same day.
Your privacy matters. Every order is shipped in a plain, heavy-duty, unmarked parcel or box. The exterior label shows only our neutral fulfillment return address ("VN Fulfillment Center") with zero mention of "Velvet Nights", lingerie, or intimate apparel.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier scans to populate. You can track your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.
For orders shipped outside the United States, major destinations (UK, EU, Canada, Australia) are shipped via pre-cleared air lines whenever available to minimize customs delays. Any local import duties or VAT assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days or arrives damaged, please contact santuoai@mail.grokbot.com and we will immediately dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
