How do Velvet Nights pieces fit? Should I size up?

Our lingerie, bodysuits, and sleepwear are designed true to standard US sizing with generous four-way stretch lace and adjustable straps. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed lounge fit—especially in structured corset bustiers or non-stretch satin sets—we recommend sizing up one size. What sizes does "One Size" (OS) or "Plus Size" fit?

Our high-elasticity "One Size" hosiery, bodystockings, and select role-play sets comfortably fit US sizes XS–M (Bust 31"–38", Waist 23"–31", Hips 33"–41", Weight 90–160 lbs). Our Plus Size / Queen Size options (XL–2XL / 1X–2X) are specifically tailored for fuller curves (Bust 39"–48", Waist 32"–41", Hips 42"–51").

How should I wash and care for my lace and satin intimates?

To preserve delicate eyelash lace, pearl chains, underwires, and silk-touch satin, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying flat or hanging to air dry. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry. Detachable chains and garter clips should be removed before washing.

Is my package 100% discreet?

Yes, always. Every Velvet Nights Boutique order ships in a plain, unmarked, tamper-proof polymailer or box with no store logos, suggestive wording, or product descriptions on the exterior shipping label. Your privacy is our top priority.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

Orders are processed and quality-inspected within 1–3 business days and ship from our China warehouse. Standard U.S. shipping takes 5–10 business days and is FREE on all orders over $50 (after discounts) ($6.99 flat rate for orders under $50). Express U.S. shipping (3–7 business days) is available for $14.99. International shipping is available worldwide for $9.99 (or FREE on orders over $75 after discounts).

How do I track my order once it ships?

As soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and live carrier link. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Size exchanges within the United States are completely free. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for step-by-step instructions.

Can I return panties, hosiery, or opened intimate accessories?

For strict health and hygiene protection, standalone panties, opened hosiery/tights, and bodystockings cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Lingerie sets that include a panty may be returned or exchanged only if the protective hygiene liner remains completely intact and unremoved.

What if an item arrives damaged or I received the wrong size?

Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery at santuoai@mail.grokbot.com with your order number and a quick photo. We will ship a free replacement immediately at no cost to you.
